Programs and Services

The Association’s office is in Mwingi North Constituency. We operate across 5 wards in the Constituency including: Kyuso ward, Mumoni ward, Tseikuru ward, Tharaka ward and Ngomeni ward.

Registration Advocacy

Registration of members and groups with the National Council for People Living with Disabilities.

Disability Group Advocacy

Registration of disability groups and their members with the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services.

Government Advocacy

Enrolling cases or needs of people with disabilities in national and county governments for support and recognition.

Care for the Vulnerable

Provision of care and support for needy children and special individuals with disabilities.

Stigma Support

Guidance and counseling services for those stigmatized as a result of their disabilities.

Community Outreach

Visitation and encouragement of individuals with disabilities in the community.

Networking

Linking people with disabilities with other associations and organizations for collaboration and support.
